01/The Scope
A week of focused work that turns your idea into a plan you can act on, whoever ends up building it. Here is what you get:
- A working session of 60 to 90 minutes, taking the vision apart together
- The Scope document, which names the problem, scopes the solution and sets what to build first
- A fixed build quote, honoured for 30 days
- Architecture notes on the stack, the integrations and how it fits your existing tools
- A build timeline
- You keep it, written so any developer could build from it
- The straight answer. If the Scope shows building is the wrong move, I say so
If you go ahead, the $997 comes off your Build. The fee becomes your deposit.
02/The Build
Small
A focused website or a single lean system. A tight scope, made to last.
Medium
Where most projects end up. Bookings and payments, members areas and integrations, or an agent attuned to your business.
Large
Apps, platforms, or the whole thing end to end. Sized carefully in the Scope before a dollar is committed.
Every Build is a fixed price set by your Scope, and includes the first three months of The Care, so the work is looked after from day one. Websites, apps and agents all take the same path, scoped first and then built properly.
03/After launch
The Care

Exit is always available, as a full handover with documentation, access and exports. The work is yours, and it leaves with you.
